Creating your own business comes with a to-do list that’s a mile long. The pressure to consistently perform at your peak is even greater when you’re a solo entrepreneur without a partner or team to rely on.
As the face of your business, there are some roles that you do need to own. However, in other areas, you can and should take a backseat and delegate tasks to employees or contractors.
We asked members of Forbes Coaches Council what areas a solopreneur should focus on first. If you’re ready to make a hire or outsource tasks, see what they had to say below.
3. Paperwork
Get some help for old documentation that piles up, bookkeeping, creating a computer or manual filing system or taxes.
